At the developing of Virgo 4, we put a big accent on building the presentation and browsing through the Windows system in a more convenient and flexible as possible way for the visually impaired user. VIRGO 4 gives the user the opportunity to choose the type of information to be presented on the Braille and audio input. The users who can see have the possibility to use the integrated magnifier "Galileo". Full integration in the same product, the speech, Braille and magnifier modulus are the informations to which the user has acces. Certainly Virgo 4 can be easily used only with speech enabled, or only with the presentation on the Braille, or magnification. The user can choose according to his personal needs, which modules should function at a time and which should be stopped.

Two accces ways

With VIRGO 4 you can choose between two ways of access, "focus mode" and "explore mode".

"Focus mode" is activated when using Windows or one of the Windows programs with keyboard or mouse. VIRGO 4 follows the focus and provides all relevant information on the screen in the form of Braille information or speech. Elements that overlap on the screen are presented on the device one followed by the other, having indicated their type of each one to identify their meaning/importance.

"Explore mode" is activated each time the users navigates, using the navigation keys. At this moment the Braille and speech are no longer following the focus, but the users navigation actions, and the user has the full control over the horizontally and vertically moves within the current window.

In response to the multitude of opportunities that the current software provides, Virgo 4 was built with many powerful features. Integrated assistants will help the user in resolving any problems that might arise.
